Coverage of Prescription Drugs for Pain; Defines "nonopioid pain drug"; requires Medicaid program & Medicaid managed care plans, respectively, to provide coverage such that nonopioid pain drugs are not disadvantaged or otherwise discouraged relative to any opioid or narcotic drug for pain management or treatment; specifies prohibited practices in relation to such coverage.
