Governmental Entity Access to and Use of Vendor Background Information; Authorizes DMS to grant governmental entities access to specified electronic systems regarding certain vendors; specifies uses for which state governmental entities may use such systems; authorizes governmental entities to make certain determinations if certain affidavits submitted as part of competitive solicitation are not true; specifies that determination that affidavit is not true or that vendor is not responsible or responsive does not constitute decision or intended decision subject to protest.
