Mental Health Services for First Responders; Requires Division of State Fire Marshal to develop & implement statewide behavioral health access program to provide certain mental wellness services & resources to first responders; provides requirements for program; provides that first responders are not required to pay copayment for services & resources; provides training requirements for licensed professional counselors; requires program, by specified date, to develop specified plan & submit plan to Legislature.
