Substance Abuse and Mental Health Care; Expanding mental health crisis services to include the 988 suicide and crisis lifeline call center; authorizing the guardian advocate to be discharged when a patient is discharged from involuntary outpatient services; providing that orders entered by administrative law judges for continued involuntary placement for patients at certain mental health facilities are final and subject to judicial review, etc.
