GENERAL BILL by Collins
Department of Health; Repealing a provision which provides for the repeal of the definition of the term “messenger ribonucleic acid vaccine”; deleting the requirement that all officers and board members of medical marijuana treatment centers pass a background screening; repealing provisions relating to the developmental disability information clearinghouse and advisory council, the Diabetes Advisory Council, the Statewide Children’s Medical Services Network Advisory Council, and the Statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council, respectively; revising eligibility criteria for licensure by endorsement under the MOBILE Act; repealing a provision relating to the Board of Orthotists and Prosthetists, etc.
