Cybersecurity; Revises duties of Florida Digital Service; requires state CIO, in consultation with Secretary of Management Services, to designate state chief technology officer; requires state agency & local government to report ransomware & cybersecurity incidents within certain time periods; requires Cybersecurity Operations Center to provide notifications & reports; requires state agency head to annually designate chief information security officer; revises membership of Florida Cybersecurity Advisory Council.
