Department of Health ; Revises provisions related to certain mandates, medical marijuana treatment centers, medical marijuana testing laboratories; Board of Orthotists & Prosthetists, & eligibility criteria for licensure by endorsement under MOBILE Act; prohibits health care provider or health care facility from discriminating against patient based solely on patient's vaccination status; revises definitions of certain terms to include American Board of Physician Specialties rather than American Association of Physician Specialists; revises list of institutions that individual who teaches at may be issued medical faculty certificate without examination; authorizes certain physician assistants to be issued a temporary certificate for practice under certain circumstances.
