Elections; Revising the criteria that the Attorney General uses when petitioning the Supreme Court for an advisory opinion related to a proposed revision or amendment to the State Constitution; revising the authority and responsibilities of the Office of Election Crimes and Security; requiring supervisors of elections to update a voter’s record if provided specified information by the applicant after registration; authorizing qualified candidates and political parties with such candidates to challenge another candidate’s compliance with a specified oath in a certain circuit court, etc.
