Florida Kratom Consumer Protection Act; Prohibits processors from manufacturing, delivering, holding or offering for sale, distributing, or selling finished kratom products that do not meet specified requirements; provides permitting, registration, & certification requirements for certain kratom processors; provides exceptions; specifies that processors assume responsibility & liability for specified kratom products; provides specifications regrading laboratories that certify kratom products; specifies prohibitions related to kratom products ; authorizes DACS to conduct third-party tests of kratom products under specified conditions; provides DACS authorities related to kratom products; provides administrative fine; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $3,711,749
