Property Insurance Claims; Establishing a mandatory procedure for resolution of disputed insurance claims; requiring insurers, at specified times, to notify policyholders of the mandatory procedure; authorizing a policyholder to file with the Division of Administrative Hearings a petition to resolve claims; requiring the administrative law judge to make a final determination of total coverage within a specified timeframe, etc.
