Parkinson's Disease; Establishes Consortium for Parkinson's Disease Research within University of South Florida; establishes Parkinson's Disease Research Board; requires board to direct operations of consortium & to annually adopt plan for Parkinson's disease research; provides duties of consortium director; provides research requirements for plan; requires board to issue annual report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides that specified provisions will be implemented subject to available funding in the General Appropriations Act.
