Historical Records Concerning Enslaved Individuals; Citing this act as the "Stop the Sale of Enslavement Records Act"; prohibiting certain acts relating to the sale and trade of historical records of enslaved individuals in this state; providing exceptions; imposing specified penalties for violations; requiring the Department of State to oversee compliance with the act and to coordinate with law enforcement agencies for a specified purpose, etc.
