SB 1558: Access to Historic Cemeteries
GENERAL BILL by Davis
Access to Historic Cemeteries; Requiring the state to have an easement on certain land owned by a private owner for ingress and egress to maintain the cemetery and conduct research and noninvasive searches relating to the Historic Cemeteries Program; providing that such ingress and egress be at reasonable times, in a reasonable manner, and after the owner is provided with reasonable notice, etc.
