GENERAL BILL by Davis
Housing; Citing this act as the “Keep Floridians Housed Act”; creating the Department of Housing and Tenant Rights; providing requirements for rental agreements; creating the “End Junk Fees for Renters Act”; prohibiting a landlord from evicting a tenant or terminating a rental agreement because the tenant or the tenant’s minor child is a victim of actual or threatened domestic violence, dating violence, sexual violence, or stalking; authorizing municipalities to create community land bank programs for a certain purpose, etc.
