Labor Regulations; Revises conditions under which employer may not take retaliatory personnel action against employee; requires employee to provide specified written notice to supervisor or employer; requires employee to provide employer reasonable opportunity to correct activity, policy, or practice; prohibits employee from recovering in specified actions unless employee took certain actions; requires employee to prove that employer's reasons for certain retaliatory personnel action are false; removes option for court to award other compensatory damages; requires, rather than authorizing, court to award attorney fees & costs; precluding certain claims.
