Public Records/Public Employees Relations Commission; Exempting from public records requirements written communications developed in preparation for, or preliminary to, the issuance of any order by the Public Employees Relations Commission or its designees; exempting from public records requirements the personal identifying and location information of the chair, commissioners, and hearing officers of the Public Employees Relations Commission and the personal identifying and location information of spouses and children of such personnel; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
