GENERAL BILL by Trumbull
Stem Cell Therapy; Authorizing health care providers to perform stem cell therapy not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration under certain circumstances; requiring health care providers to provide a specified written notice to patients before performing any stem cell therapy; requiring health care providers to obtain written consent from the patient or his or her representative before performing the therapy, etc.
