GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Pizzo

Dangerous Excessive Speeding; Specifying conduct that constitutes dangerous excessive speeding; authorizing the revocation of a person’s driving privilege for a specified period upon a second or subsequent conviction of dangerous excessive speeding; providing exceptions to the requirement that an officer indicate the applicable civil penalty on a specified traffic citation, etc.
