GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Martin

Waste Management; Deleting obsolete provisions that provide legislative findings and require the Department of Environmental Protection to review and update a specified report; prohibiting the local regulation of auxiliary containers; prohibiting a local government and the Department of Environmental Protection, respectively, from issuing a construction permit for certain solid waste disposal facilities in certain counties, etc.
