Special Observances/Fentanyl Awareness and Education Day; Designating August 21 of each year as “Fentanyl Awareness and Education Day”; encouraging specified agencies, local governments, and public schools to sponsor events to promote awareness of the dangers of fentanyl and potential overdoses, including education on specified topics, etc.
