Purchase and Possession of Firearms by Law Enforcement Officers, Correctional Officers, Correctional Probation Officers, and Servicemembers; Specifies that correctional probation officers have right to carry concealed firearms during off-duty hours at discretion of superiors; authorizes correctional probation officers to perform certain law enforcement functions under limited circumstances; specifies that correctional probation officer's appointing or employing agency or department may limit officer from carrying concealed firearms during off-duty hours; revises exemptions from mandatory waiting period between purchase & delivery of firearm.
