Certified Recovery Residences; Revising the definition of the term “certified recovery residence”; requiring a credentialing entity to revoke a certified residence’s certificate of compliance if the certified recovery residence willfully, knowingly, or intentionally provides false or misleading information to the credentialing entity, etc.
