Ambulatory Surgical Centers ; Creates provisions relating to ambulatory surgical centers; provides requirements for licensure, records, staff membership & privileges, peer review, internal risk management programs, reporting of specified information, patient safety plans, adverse incident reporting & notification, & good faith estimates; prohibits distribution of records, rebates, false allegations of sexual misconduct or abuse, intimidation of risk manager, collection activities, & use of patient records for solicitation & marketing.
