Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Health Coverage; Citing this act as the “Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Health Coverage Act of 2025”; authorizing nonprofit agricultural organizations to provide health coverage; specifying that such coverage is not insurance for purposes of the Florida Insurance Code, etc.
