Health Care; Repeals provisions relating to Florida health care innovation; requires Cancer Connect Collaborative to annually develop, solicit input from specialty hospitals for children for, & submit to Governor & Legislature specified plan for Casey DeSantis Cancer Research Program; requires plan to include expansion of grant fund opportunities for specialty hospitals for children; requires specified report to include specified analyses of certain cancer mortality rates relating to pediatric cancer; removes provision providing that results of specified audit reports are dispositive; prohibits administrative costs for hospital directed payment program from being included in allowable expenses for managed care plan.
