Independent Living Housing Grant ; Provides eligibility requirements; requires community-based care lead agency to calculate amount of financial assistance based on certain factors; requires community-based care lead agency to enter into formal agreements with eligible young adults; provides requirements for such agreement; requires community-based care lead agency to terminate agreement; requires specified notice be given to young adult before agreement is terminated; specifies circumstances under which community-based care lead agency can enter into subsequent agreement; provides duties of community-based care lead agency; prohibits community-based care lead agency from charging fee for certain services; requires DCF to advertise independent living housing grant & provide relevant information to certain person.
