GENERAL BILL by Partington
Medical Debt; Provides that certain information relating to medical debt paid or settled by consumer or satisfactory performance of consumer meeting obligations of payment plan may be furnished by consumer reporting agency; requires certain agencies & providers to adopt reasonable procedures for positive consumer credit information from furnishers of medical debt information for certain purpose.
