Manufacturing; Creates Statewide Office of Manufacturing within DOC; provides organizational structure & responsibilities for Chief Manufacturing Officer; directs all state & local governmental entities to assist Chief Manufacturing Officer; requires department to biennially prepare report regarding manufacturing efforts in this state; creates Florida Manufacturers' Workforce Development Grant Program; provides organization and purpose for grant program; provides criteria for receiving grant funds; creates "Florida Manufacturing Promotional Campaign"; authorizes department to establish Florida Manufacturing Promotional Campaign; provides purpose of campaign; provides regulations for participating in campaign.
