Fees/Florida Manufacturing Promotional Campaign; Requires DOC to establish by rule registration & renewal fees sufficient to fund costs of administering Florida Manufacturing Promotional Campaign; requires DOC to assess & collect fees for purpose of promoting campaign; requires that such fees be deposited into Economic Development Trust Fund for specified purpose.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 561 or other similar legislation takes effect
