Enhanced Firearms Training Facilities; Establishing procedures for licensure by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; authorizing a sheriff to enter into an agreement with the owner of an enhanced firearms training facility to conduct training for the school guardian program at the facility; exempting an enhanced firearms training facility from complying with specified local government requirements under certain circumstances, etc.
