County Officers; Repealing provisions relating to compensation for clerks of the circuit court and county comptrollers, supervisors of elections, and property appraisers, respectively; aligning the compensation of property appraisers, supervisors of elections, clerks of the circuit court, and county comptrollers with the compensation provided to tax collectors; providing that salaries are based on a 5-day workweek and must be prorated in certain circumstances, etc.
