Lost or Abandoned Property; Defining the terms “irregularly constructed vessel” and “migrant vessel”; prohibiting persons, firms, and corporations from leaving any migrant vessel upon the waters of this state; authorizing the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to implement a plan to procure federal disaster funds to remove migrant vessels; requiring law enforcement officers to place a certain notice on migrant vessels under certain circumstances, etc.
