Coordinated Systems of Care; Creating the Crisis Care Coordination Pilot Program in specified counties, contingent upon legislative appropriation; requiring the Department of Children and Families to administer the pilot program; requiring the pilot program to provide community-based care coordination and support for individuals after a mental health-related contact with law enforcement officers; providing the interventions that the program offers such individuals, etc.
