Improving Screening for and Treatment of Blood Clots; Requiring the Department of Health to establish, or contract to establish, a statewide registry for a specified purpose; providing that certain personal identifying information is confidential and exempt from public records requirements, with exceptions; requiring certain licensed facilities to arrange for the rendering of appropriate medical attention for persons at risk for certain conditions; revising requirements for certain annual inservice training for certified nursing assistants employed by nursing home facilities, etc.
