Florida Health Choices Program; Revises name of "Florida Health Choices Program" to "Florida Employee Health Choices Program"; revises program purpose & components to provide for sale & purchase of individual health insurance plans to employees enrolled in individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements; removes provisions relating to certain health care service providers, organizations, entities, & vendors, vendor procedures, products available for purchase through program, pricing, risk pooling, & exemptions; revises marketplace process; revises corporation responsibilities; revises fiscal year in which corporation's annual report is due.
