Pharmacy; Revising the definition of the term “pharmacy” to include remote-site pharmacies; authorizing registered pharmacy technicians to handle the sales transactions and delivery of dispensed drugs under certain circumstances; providing for the permitting of remote-site pharmacies; authorizing remote-site pharmacies to store, hold, and dispense medicinal drugs, etc.
