Threats from Foreign Nations; Prohibiting a person from acting as a certain agent unless such person files a specified statement with the Attorney General; requiring an agent who has registered to periodically file supplements with the Attorney General; providing criminal penalties for willful violations of specified provisions; creating the “Florida Critical Infrastructure Protection Act”; creating the “Florida Secure Communications Act”; creating the “Pacific Conflict Stress Test”, etc.

Effective Date: July 1, 2025, but only if SB 914 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
