Reporting of Student Mental Health Outcomes; Requires DCF to annually submit specified evaluation to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides evaluation requirements; requires DCF to create survey tool; authorizes DCF to include survey results in evaluation; requires each school district to provide specified information to DCF for reporting & evaluation purposes; requires each school district to submit certain approved plans & reports to DCF & DOE; requires each district school board's mental health coordinator to coordinate with DCF to prepare certain evaluations; requires threat management team to transmit specified information to DCF for reporting & evaluation purposes; requires threat management coordinator to report certain data to DCF; requires each school district to notify certain school personnel of availability of specified mental health providers.
