Medical Marijuana; Increasing the number of supply limits of marijuana which a qualified physician may issue in a single physician certification for the medical use of marijuana; revising the frequency with which qualified physicians must evaluate existing qualified patients for a physician certification for the medical use of marijuana; revising the frequency with which qualified patient and caregiver identification cards must be renewed, from annually to biennially, etc.
