Pub. Rec./Crime Victims; Expands public records exemption for crime victims to include name & personal identification number of victim & any other information or record that could be used to locate, intimidate, harass, or abuse victim or victim's family; provides that such exemption includes records generated by any agency that regularly generates information from or concerning victims of crime; provides that certain records identifying law enforcement officers who are involved in use of force incident are confidential & exempt for specified timeframe; specifies requirements for extending such timeframe; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.
