Excise Tax Deductions on Alcoholic Beverages; Requires certain distributors of alcoholic beverages to receive compensation in form of excise tax deduction; provides amount of such deduction; provides specified calculation for malt beverages; requires distributors of alcoholic beverages to notify Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco of certain extraordinary losses; requires specified proof & documentation to be submitted to division; authorizes division to adopt rules.
