Kratom; Provides certain requirements for sale of kratom products at specified establishments, stores, & bars; requires kratom product processors to hold specified permit; provides kratom product processors must meet specified requirements; requires kratom product processors to submit to DACS specified certificate of analysis from laboratory; requires DACS to revoke permit held by processor in certain circumstances; requires processors to submit to DACS adverse event report in certain circumstances; authorizes DACS to require independent third-party test of kratom products in certain circumstances; provides specified penalties; requires DACS to issue stop-sale or stop-use order in certain circumstances. APPROPRIATION: $3,711,749
