Office of Insurance Regulation Background Screening Regulations; Requires FDLE to accept fingerprints of certain persons & entities applying to OIR for insurance certificates of authority, certifications, & licenses; revises fingerprint submission procedures; requires such persons & entities to pay for cost of retaining fingerprints in specified system; requires office to inform department of any person whose fingerprints no longer must be retained; removes from department duty to use criminal records for purposes of issuance, denial, suspension, & revocation of insurance certificates & licenses.
