Curators of Estates; Revises requirements for court to appoint curator of estates; provides curator’s authority & duties; requires curator to post reasonable bond, determined by court; provides exception; provides that curator is subject to removal & surcharge by court; requires curator to file periodic reports with court; requires that certain details be included in such reports; requires court to review such reports; authorizes court to require more frequent reporting or additional documents.
