Curators of Estates; Revises requirements for court to appoint curator of estates; revising bond requirements for curators; clarifies who may subject a curator to removal & surcharge; requires curator to file periodic reports with court in specified circumstances; requires that certain details be included in such reports; requires court to review such reports; authorizes court to require more frequent reporting or additional documents.
