Threshold for Voter Approval of Constitutional Amendments; Proposing an amendment to the State Constitution to revise the percentage of elector votes required for approval of an amendment to or a revision of the State Constitution from at least 60 percent to a simple majority vote of the electors voting on the measure, etc.
