Trust Funds/Creation/Vacancy Relief Trust Fund and Risk Mitigation Trust Fund/Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Creates Vacancy Relief Trust Fund & Risk Mitigation Trust Fund within Florida Housing Finance Corporation for specified purpose; authorizes any unexpended balance at specified time to remain in such trust funds for certain purpose; provides for future review & termination or recreation of trust funds.

Effective Date: July 1, 2026, but only if HB 1481 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session
