Pub. Rec. and Meetings/Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; Provides public records & meetings exemptions relating to Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact & its committees; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.

Effective Date: This act shall take effect on the same date that HB 13 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law.
