Pawn Data Statewide System; Requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to establish, operate, and maintain a statewide system for the collection of pawn data; providing procurement authority to the department to contract with a single vendor to provide pawn data collection as a service; requiring mandatory participation in the statewide system by specified dealers and recyclers; providing that all pawn data collected is the exclusive property of the state, etc.
