Areas of Critical State Concern; Authorizes local governments to adopt ordinances to provide ad valorem tax exemption for certain portions of property used to provide affordable housing; specifies requirements & limitations for exemption; provides exemption from specified payment & performance bond requirements for specified entities; extends specific Florida Forever appropriations to be used for purchase of lands in Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern.
