Licensure by Endorsement for Temporary Certificateholders in Areas of Critical Need; Authorizes certain certificateholders to be eligible for licensure by endorsement under certain circumstances; requires certain applicants for licensure by endorsement to meet specified requirements; authorizes certain physicians to apply for licensure by endorsement; authorizes Board of Medicine to issue license for certain applicants under certain circumstance; provides rulemaking authority.
